What's included in the SSQCP?
A complete 9-section document: organization chart, scope and definable features of work, quality challenges, submittal log, mock-up schedule, three-phase inspection participation, material storage requirements, deficiency tracking process, and punch list and closeout procedures.
What does "extracted from my contract" mean?
You upload your subcontract PDF. The app reads it and pulls the project name, location, GC, spec sections, submittal requirements, and scope — so the output reflects your actual job, not a generic template. You review and edit the extracted data before generating.
Is my contract PDF stored?
No. Uploaded contracts are deleted from our servers immediately after analysis. Only the extracted data and the generated SSQCP PDF are retained, in your account, for 30 days.
Can I see a sample before I buy?
Yes — download a sample SSQCP generated from a fictitious data center project to see the format and level of detail.
What if my GC doesn't accept the output?
The document is generated as a PDF draft — you're expected to review it before submitting. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery, contact us at info@subclause.app and we'll make it right. All sales are final per our Terms of Service.
